The issue is reproducible in vanilla Hyper.app: Vanilla

Windows 10 have tiling. When you are pulling window to left border it maximalizes to half of screen. To left top corner - a quarter of screen. It's not working with hyper window.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with vanilla Hyper.app 1.1.0, then trace the desktop window behavior; it is done when dragging the Hyper window to screen edges triggers Windows snapping and quarter-screen tiling.
