Description

From chat:

hello! Is there a correct way to specify multiple targets in elasticsearch sink, as in logstash?

Also, there are previous issues on the same subject, #762 and #1786 about other particular sinks.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing prior issues #762 and #1786 and the referenced Fluent Bit issue #1518, then locate the HTTP-based sink implementations. Done means multiple targets and load balancing are supported consistently across those sinks.
