Description
As was proposed by @lukesteensen in https://github.com/timberio/vector/pull/1902#pullrequestreview-364262096, it makes sense to try to test the path parser for nested fields keys using advanced testing techniques. These include fuzz testing and model-based testing against serde_json::Value::pointer.
