Description

In my opinion,it would be useful if the project also targets JS web platform. As JS is very popular platform for development with Kotlin/js. Kotlin does provide basic built-in methods for it however they require some work to make it work.
To sum up , I would like to see it supporting JS,
Thank you

Done would mean the locale implementation supports the JS web platform, though the issue does not define the required API or verification tests.
