Start Menu - Multi-Monitor positioning issues

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed

Describe the bug

On my main Display the start menu is at the left side. on my additional Display the Start menu is at the bottom.
If docked, the externel monitor becomes the main display.
The laptop display (only this) has a 125% UI scaling active

In laptop-only-mode the laptop screen is primary with taskbar at the left.

If the Monitor setup changed after explorer patcher start (e.g. from docking->non-docking->docking) the position of the Start-Menu is handled wrong.
If I click on the primary monitor start the start menu is oped at the bottom of the screen, instead at the top, where the start button is.

This is true if the Start-Menu-Position-Setting is set to "border"

If it is set to Center the Menu is placed mostly outside the window.

Additionally: after monitor-setup changed: the search result box (if start menu is opened and one starts to type) is hidden behind the taskbar. Imho it should be placed next to the taskbar and not overlay it (or even worse, behind)

Expected outcome

• task menu at the correct place next to the activated start-menu button
• no invbisible window parts (start menu out of screen if Position-setting is set to center
• always visible search results (not hidden behind taskbar)

Actual outcome

see above - opposite of that is expected

Reproduce the issue by switching between docked and undocked multi-monitor setups, including the 125% laptop scaling and both Start Menu position settings. Trace how ExplorerPatcher recalculates the Start Menu and search-results positions after the monitor setup changes; done means the menu opens beside the activated button and search results remain visible on every display.
