Research direction
Reproduce the freeze with ExplorerPatcher 26100.8457.70.4 on Windows 11 25H2 using the Win10SM tile-pinning steps. Start by tracing the new tile data implementation and compare behavior while dragging an existing tile; done means the Start menu remains responsive and does not crash.
