Third-party tweak software installed
Open Shell 4.4.196
Describe the bug
I'm on Windows 11 25H2, and using ExplorerPatcher to use the "Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher)" style taskbar. The text of an application icon is always black. I've tried both dark and light mode. I've tried with and without classic theme mitigations. No matter what I do, the text is always black. Since I like a dark looking task bar, I'd like the text to be white. In the past I was using Open Shell to fix this. But starting with version '26100.8457.70.1', my Open Shell taskbar customizations are no longer respected. I've tried turning off Open Shell's "Customize Taskbar", but this makes no difference.
Expected outcome
I expected the text on my taskbar to be white, or really anything but always black.
Actual outcome
Text on taskbar is ALWAYS black.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue on Windows 11 25H2 with ExplorerPatcher 26100.8457.70.1 or .70.4, then compare the taskbar text behavior with 26100.4946.69.6_7384790. Check how the Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar handles dark and light modes and Open Shell's taskbar customization. Done means taskbar text is no longer always black and remains correct across the reported modes.
