Tray application popup is partially hidden behind left-side auto-hidden taskbar

Describe the bug

1. Configure the taskbar to be positioned on the left side of the main screen.
2. Enable auto-hide for the taskbar.
3. Click a tray/taskbar application icon that opens a popup window, for example OneDrive.
4. Observe the position of the popup.

Expected outcome

The popup should be fully visible and should not be covered by the taskbar.

Actual outcome

The popup appears behind of the taskbar, and some part of it is obstructed.

Additional info

This may be related to existing left-side auto-hide positioning issues such as #4510 / #1782, where Start/Search flyouts were positioned behind the taskbar.

However, in this case the affected popup is a third-party tray application popup, for example OneDrive. It may involve the notification-area icon rectangle / flyout anchor rectangle used by ep_taskbar.

The popup appears correctly, if auto-hide is turned off.

Reproduce the issue with a left-positioned, auto-hidden taskbar and a tray application such as OneDrive. Start by examining ep_taskbar and the notification-area icon rectangle or flyout anchor rectangle mentioned in the report, comparing this behavior with issues #4510 and #1782. Done means the third-party popup is fully visible and not covered by the taskbar while auto-hide remains enabled.
