开机后黑屏一段时间才进入锁屏界面，解锁进入桌面后EP弹出警告说EP和资源管理器冲突，频繁崩溃，关闭警告后EP的功能似乎正常生效（修改成win10开始菜单）
Expected outcome
开机时不会黑屏以及弹出冲突警告
Actual outcome
开机后黑屏一段时间才进入锁屏界面，解锁进入桌面后EP弹出警告说EP和资源管理器冲突
