"Taskbar texture" feature of Open Shell broken when using Explorer Patcher under Windows 11 25H2

Describe the bug

1. Install the latest Explorer Patcher.
2. Install the latest Open Shell
3. After installation, if the Open Shell menu settings doesn't automatically open, click on the start button to open it up and click the checkbox for "Show all menu settings".
4. Click on the menu bar labeled "Taskbar" to switch to it.
5. Click the checkbox for "Customize taskbar"
6. Change the Taskbar look to opaque
7. Under "Taskbar texture", apply the following taskbar skin image I uploaded here (the blank one with no WIndows icons on it).
8. It'll tell you to restart Open Shell, so right click the start button, click exit, open up the Win11 start menu, and then open up the Open Shell menu settings to see the changes as shown in the second image I uploaded.

Expected outcome

I expected the taskbar skin to be skinned to the entire taskbar, like in the following screenshot (taken from the aforementioned Windows 10 installation).

Actual outcome

Hi! I have Explorer Patcher installed alongside Open Shell to return the Windows 10 taskbar as well as the Windows 7 start menu, however, when I use the taskbar skin feature of Open Shell, the taskbar skin does not cover the entire taskbar, only the Desktop view button next to the start button as well as the system tray (where the notification icons and the clock are at). The taskbar skins used to work with Explorer Patcher, and now they do not. I can confirm this is an issue with Explorer Patcher and not Open Shell as I applied the same taskbar skin on a Windows 10 installation (which did not have Explorer Patcher installed), and it worked just fine there. Here's a screenshot for reference showing the bug occurring. Thank you in advanced for your help!

First reproduce the problem with Explorer Patcher 26100.8457.70.1 on Windows 11 25H2 26200.8655, using the described Open Shell taskbar texture settings, then trace the taskbar integration involved. Done means the skin covers the full taskbar rather than only the Desktop view button and system tray.
