Describe the bug
enabled exploerpatcher taskbar
enabled weather (changed some stuff)
it worked for a few days then it broke
Expected outcome
i expected it to stay normal (as you'd expect)
Actual outcome
it says i have no internet and pressing reload does nothing
Additional info
sometimes it shows a captcha for a split second
