Description
I have a problem where after the monitors are turned off (after 30 minutes of inactivity) and back on, the task bar size goes bad. The applications slide under the task bar. This is resolved after I restart Windows Explorer. Is this an individual problem or has it happened to others?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue after the monitors turn off from inactivity and then turn back on, observing the taskbar size and application placement. Done means the taskbar remains correctly sized and applications no longer slide underneath it without restarting Windows Explorer.
