Description
The latest release of ExplorerPatcher has fixed a ton of issues (thank you 😊), but there is still at least one that I am aware of.
For those of us using the Windows 10 taskbar, the only way to access the Widgets flyout is to use the Windows + W keyboard shortcut since there is no shortcut provided on the task bar and the Cortana button is no longer available. I have just updated my computer to run ExplorerPatcher v22621.1413.54.2 (the latest pre-release build as of this writing), and this keyboard shortcut is unfortunately still not working properly.
Another thing that I have noticed is that attempting to use the keyboard to adjust the system volume does not work. In https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/issues/1093, I mentioned that the volume adjustment worked but the volume flyout would not show. This is not the case for me now. Now, the keyboard functionality to do this is not useable at all.
If more information is required for debugging, please let me know and I'll be happy to provide it.

Research direction
Reproduce the Windows+W Widgets shortcut and keyboard volume behavior on ExplorerPatcher v22621.1413.54.2, then compare the findings with issue #1093 and the 22621.1413 environment described here. Done means both keyboard actions work correctly for Windows 10 taskbar users, including the expected Widgets and volume flyouts.
