Routing into a area with access=private

Using the truck profile with ignore_access and ignore_restrictions on true.

Before this was working perfectly, but something changed, and it does not work anymore. Do any of you have any suggestions? Or know what changed and what I need to change to make it work because I tried some things and cannot get it to work.
