Description
We need to know if a field was focused interactive by user or via API call.
Please introduce a method isUserOriginated() on com.vaadin.event.FieldEvents.FocusEvent.
There are events which provides such a method already (eg: ValueChangeEvent#isUserOriginated).
Note that Martín López (Vaadin, ticket number 2201) has suggested to create this feature request here for Vaadin 8.x.
We have already received a workaround which seems to work so far, at least in our case.

Research direction
Start with com.vaadin.event.FieldEvents.FocusEvent and compare the existing ValueChangeEvent#isUserOriginated() implementation and behavior. Trace how focus events are created and delivered to determine how user versus API focus is represented; done means FocusEvent exposes isUserOriginated() with matching behavior.
