Description

Could use the same approach as with addXyzListener methods, i.e. returning a registration object that can be used for removing the filter that was added by that operation.

Research direction

Start by locating ListDataProvider's filter-configuration API and the existing addXyzListener registration pattern. Confirm how filters are stored and identify the relevant tests, then consider the work complete when an individual filter can be removed through the registration returned when it was added, without removeAll and rebuilding.
