Description
Originally by @marlonrichert
When hovering with the mouse over the header cell of a sortable column, there should be a visual indicator that the column is sortable. The header cell should also have a style class to indicate it is sortable, to make it possible to theme this.

Research direction
Start by locating the Grid header rendering and the handling of sortable columns in the framework. Check how header hover styles are defined and how themeable style classes are applied; done means sortable headers have a visible hover indicator and an identifying style class.
