Description

Originally by @pleku

Current implementation of the ClientMethodInvocation allows any type of parameters with Object[] parameters.
If any of these objects is not Serializable, serializing the ClientMethodInvocation will cause NotSerializableException.

An example case when Serialization is needed: https://github.com/vaadin/framework/issues/4422

Imported from https://dev.vaadin.com/ issue #12745

Research direction

Start by locating ClientMethodInvocation and tracing where its parameters are declared and serialized. Review the serialization scenario linked as issue 4422; done means the invocation's parameter contract and serialization behavior address the reported NotSerializableException risk.
