Description

The Grid supports getHeaderRow and getFooterRow, however there is no way to get item row, such as getRow(item).
It would be nice to be able to get an item's given row so that it can be individually styled. Possibly other Row methods can be exposed.

grid.getRow(pojoItem).addStyleName(pojoItem.getCss());
grid.getRow(pojoItem).removeStyleName(pojoItem.getCss());

Research direction

Start by locating the Grid and Tree row APIs, then compare the existing getHeaderRow and getFooterRow methods. Define the scope for retrieving an item row and verify that the returned row supports the styling operations shown in the issue; done means an item's row can be accessed and styled individually, with coverage for the new behavior.
