ls --color doesn't work when TERM is konsole-256color

I'm on kUbuntu 25.10, and just got switched to rust coreutils.

I immediately noticed that ls stopped syntax highlighting.

I have rather large LS_COLORS directive:

And while it works well, if I set TERM to xterm-256color, it doesn't when I use more correct konsole-256color.

I see that in this repo tags there is also version 0.3.0, but I don't see how I could update the version in ubuntu, since their thing goes in .deb

Start by reproducing the issue with the ls --color entry point, TERM=konsole-256color, and the reported LS_COLORS environment. Compare behavior with a smaller color definition and establish completion by making color output work under the reported terminal setting without regressing other color configurations.
