Description
Difference between GNU and Rust...
Testcase.
$ echo foo > f
$ tail -f <f
GNU output (tail does NOT terminate).
foo
Rust output (tail terminates immediately).
foo
$
test_stdin_redirect_file used to test this but was dissabled here.

Start with the tail implementation and the disabled test_stdin_redirect_file test mentioned in the issue. Reproduce the echo-and-stdin-redirection testcase, then restore or update coverage so tail -f continues waiting when reading stdin from a file. Done means the command prints foo without terminating immediately.
