Description

Following PR#5620

pinky tool is not supported on OpenBSD, due to the lack of support for utmpx (see https://github.com/uutils/coreutils/issues/5596).

=> implement pinky on OpenBSD with an alternate solution without using utmpx.

Research direction

Start by reviewing PR#5620 and issue #5596 to understand pinky's current utmpx-based implementation and the OpenBSD limitation. Trace the pinky command entry point and identify an OpenBSD-compatible alternative; done means pinky builds and functions correctly on OpenBSD without utmpx.
