Description

I want to list utils before building binary without sed and grep. But ls src/uu contains checksum_common.
I think we can make uu_cksum a library vrate as same as uu_base32. Also we can move uucore's checksum module to there.

Research direction

Start by reading the layout under src/uu, comparing uu_cksum with uu_base32, and locating the checksum module in uucore. Trace how --list obtains utility names before a build; done means ls src/uu can provide the utility list without sed or grep and the checksum code is organized as proposed.
