Description
Hi, uutils mainteners
we confirmed when using the /dev/cuse special dev file, and we did a test
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$ sudo gnuptx /dev/cuse
gnuptx: /dev/cuse: Invalid argument
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$ sudo ./ptx /dev/cuse
the gnu one rejected it, the uu ptx just hangs forever, without any errors

Research direction
Start at the ptx command entry point and reproduce the issue with sudo ./ptx /dev/cuse, comparing it with GNU ptx's Invalid argument result. Done means the uutils implementation no longer hangs on /dev/cuse and reports an appropriate error instead.
