Description

Hi, uutils mainteners

as i confirmed that the uu install do not output the warning while the gnu one does, as our test confirmed

relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$ ./install --context=con a b
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$ gnuinstall --context=con a b
gnuinstall: warning: ignoring --context; it requires an SELinux-enabled kernel
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$

Research direction

Start with the uu install implementation and trace handling of the --context option on a non-SELinux kernel. Reproduce the command shown in the issue and compare its output with GNU install; done means uutils emits the warning that --context is being ignored because it requires an SELinux-enabled kernel.
