Problem
GNU test tests/env/env-signal-handler.sh fails when testing RTMIN and RTMAX.
The failure looks like this:
timeout: sending signal RTMIN to command 'env'
+timeout: sending signal KILL to command 'env'
The same result occurs for RTMAX.
