Description
Hi, uutils mainteners
i want let you known that passing to the uutils mv, moving /dev/full to full hangs instead of errors out
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$ ./mv /dev/full full
it just hangs while the gnu one errors out correctly
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$ gnumv /dev/full full
gnumv: cannot create special file 'full': Operation not permitted
relunsec@relunsec:~/software/coreutils/target/debug$

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with the uutils mv executable using /dev/full as the source and full as the destination, then compare its behavior with gnumv. Trace the mv entry point and existing tests for special files; done means the command terminates with an appropriate error instead of hanging.
