true, false, coreutils: How to cover the use case for `ln -s /bin/false dummy`?

Description
The dummy symlink to false is sometime used at scripting to the command fail.
But it would not work if coreutils is installed as (hard)symlinks. We probably need to provide shebang wrapper at least for false.
