Description

uucore publicly exports methods such as uucore::format::FormatArguments::next_string that take an argument that is an ArgumentLocation.
However, this type is not exported from the uucore module.
You can see this by looking at the crates.io docs, which shows the ArgumentLocation type as greyed-out.

Research direction

Start by locating the uucore::format module and the definition of ArgumentLocation, then inspect how FormatArguments::next_string is publicly exposed. Compare the public exports with the crates.io documentation and verify that ArgumentLocation is accessible through the intended uucore path.
