Copy-paste between host and VM is completely BROKEN (using the "Guest Tools") for macOS 27 Golden Gate Beta 6 VM

**Describe the issue**
Copy-paste clipboard (text) between host macOS and VM macOS (Virtualised) does not work at all for macOS 27 Golden Gate Beta 6.

The spice-vdagent and spice-vdagentd are not even running.

Yes, I have tried restarting both the VM and the host,
I have tried re-installing the "Guest Tools" package (spice-vdagent-0.22.1.pkg).
Yes, "Enable Clipboard Sharing" is enabled in the VM configuration > Virtualization settings
