Allow viewing VM configuration (read-only) while VM is active

Currently, when a VM is active, the right-click "Edit" option is greyed out. I can't see the VM's configuration without shutting down the machine completely.

It would be great to just use the UI to click Edit and view the config in a read-only state. I'm sure there's a way to dig up this information in the config files, but I'm technically challenged and the UI is a lot simpler for me to comprehend.

Start at the UI handling for the right-click "Edit" action and trace why it is disabled while a VM is active. Identify the existing configuration view and determine how it could be presented read-only without shutting down the VM. Done means an active VM's configuration can be viewed in the UI while editing remains prevented.
