**Describe the issue**
When Vulkan support is enabled (the guest OS is Fedora 44 KDE Edition), the virtual machine freezes at random times. For example, it freezes when attempting to drag a widget onto the panel (sometimes even opening panel settings is enough to cause a freeze). The virtual machine then becomes unresponsive (the window freezes and does not respond to clicks or keystrokes) and must be force-shutdown. The problem does not occur when Vulkan support is disabled.
**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 5.0.4 (123)
* macOS Version: Tahoe 26.6
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M4

Research direction
Start by reading the attached debug.log and compare a Fedora 44 KDE virtual machine with Vulkan enabled and disabled on the listed UTM, macOS, and M4 configuration. Reproduce the freeze using panel widget drag or panel settings; done means identifying the relevant failure evidence and preventing the VM from becoming unresponsive.
