RPC timeout

**Describe the issue**
It just happened while navigating in Explorer in Windows 11 ARM, Explorer disappeared and then the VM became unresponsive. Tried to send CTRL+ALT+DEL to recover task manager to spawn a new process, but the VM did not react on the key combination.

Some seconds later, I got a macOS message about UTM RPC timeouts. I needed to kill the VM and UTM to restart the Windows 11 ARM VM.

**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 5.0.3
* macOS Version: macOS Tahoe 26.6
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1 Pro

Start with the attached debug-vm01.log and the reported configuration: UTM 5.0.3 on macOS Tahoe 26.6 with an M1 Pro running Windows 11 ARM. Reproduce the Explorer navigation failure if possible, then trace the reported RPC timeout and VM unresponsiveness; done means identifying the failure cause and verifying that the VM can recover without killing UTM.
