UTM Guest Tools fails on installation

After install and run Windows guest on macOS host, the UTM Guest Tools (guest additions) fails with the error:

Well, the file isn't there indeed, so this is probably a consequence of a previous error. I am aware there is some difficulties about accessing network, Internet or shared folder, but without Guest Tools, it will be impossible, though.

I found a log in UTM Guest Tools folder, but can't get the file, only look, so I did take a picture, hope it helps:

Reproduce the Guest Tools installation on the listed macOS, UTM, QEMU, and Windows XP versions, then inspect the log in the UTM Guest Tools folder. Done means qga-vss.dll is installed and the Windows guest tools start without the reported loading error.
