allow to edit VM notes while VM is running

Currently the 'notes' section of VM is displayed in the UTM library but can only be modified in the settings. The settings however cannot be changed (nor even be opened read-only: #4220) while a VM is running.

When handling multiple VMs for debugging, I tend to use the notes field to record what I did install in the VM. However this being read-only while the VM is running requires a shutdown or a separate place to take these notes.

It would be fabulous if these notes could be edited right in the library window while the VM is running w/o requiring to do that in the VM settings when stopped.
