Description
**Describe the issue**
After enabling the setting to regenerate MAC addresses on clone, new clones of a macOS 15.6.1 VM do not get new MAC addresses. This is causing the same issue as in #7035 where two clones cannot both use the network properly.
**Configuration**
* UTM Version: latest beta (4.7.3)
* macOS Version: Sequoia 15.6.1
* Mac Chip: M1 Max
