Upgrade to UTM 4.6.4 (107) on macOS Breaks macOS Capture/Release

**Describe the issue**
Upgraded to UTM 4.6.4. Before upgrade, capture / release worked perfectly. Now, it will not capture macOS window.

* UTM Version: 4.6.4 (107)
* macOS Version: 14.7.1 (23H222) Host / 15.2 (24C101) Guest
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M2 Max
