Clipboard sharing no longer works after macOS Guest Pause/Resume

**Describe the issue**
When running a macOS guest on macOS host, pausing/resuming the VM can cause clipboard sharing to stop working.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a macOS guest
2. Pause the VM using the button next to the VM's power button on the top-left corner of the window
3. **Close the VM's window, letting UTM save the VM's state to disk.** (This is important)
4. Close and reopen UTM
5. Resume the VM
6. Copy something on the host, it no longer gets passed to the guest.

**Expected result:**
Clipboard sharing should keep working after resume.

* macOS Version: 15.1.1
