Unable to clear CD/DVD on the first click

Description
The first time I click the `Clear` button under the `CD/DVD` dropdown does nothing. A dialog window seems to be created and brings away the focus but is closed automatically very quickly. Clicking `Clear` again will still clear it though.
This behavior is observed for multiple different distro installation ISO's.
**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.5.3
* macOS Version: 15.0
* Mac Chip: M3 Pro
