Tried to share user folder. Do not have permission, but now can not recover.

**Describe the issue**
Trying to share a folder, I (poorly) chooser my own (entire) user folder... path was just: gordonmcdowell
Launching the Win11 ARM emulation I'd then see this error...

QEMU error: QEMU exited from an error: qemu-aarch64-softmmu: -drive if=none,media=cdrom,id=drive9323DED8-F210-4E25-BFD3-1418D4C205C4,file=/Users/gordonmcdowell/22621.1702.230505-1222.ni_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_A64FRE_en-us.iso,readonly=on: Could not open '/Users/gordonmcdowell/22621.1702.230505-1222.ni_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_A64FRE_en-us.iso': Operation not permitted

...makes sense. I don't see any way to grant access to that folder in macOS settings. But there's nothing I can see to stop this error from appearing. I can't reconfigure the Win11 ARM to stop sharing the folder, or a different folder. This same error always appears.

Directory Share Mode: None.

Try share a different folder...

Try share a different folder then set Directory Share Mode to None... same error.

* macOS Version: 14.4.1
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1 Max

**Crash log**
Have debugging in UTM but do not see one generated. Don't think UTM is crashing.
