Windows 11 VM locks up when entering sleep mode

**Describe the issue**
I want to have the VM in the background (but still visible) of my MacOS desktop. However, I notice where if I don't switch over to that VM every 10 minutes or so, it will eventually lock up and 'freeze'. Once I switch over to the VM, it plays catch up and all my missed notifications during that time will start rolling in. I'd like it to stay awake in the background.
