File browse buttons do not work on M1/Sonoma

**Describe the issue**
All the file browser action in the app are failing. Whether it be the File/Open menu item, or the "open..." link on the create a new machine, or the "Browse" button when choosing a shared folder.

Selecting any of these item results in a busy spinner for a while and then nothing happens, and the app is available again without the file browser ever having showing.

**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.4.5 (94)
* macOS Version: Sonoma 14.1
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1

**Crash log**
The issue does not cause a crash

**Debug log**
This issue is not related to any virtual machine rather its for the UTM UI directly.
