Limited access to main UTM screen when VM is running

**Describe the issue**
UTM is a fantastic app, but there are a few annoyances.
1. Sometimes UTM switches spontaneously into a mode where the mouse cannot be moved outside the VM window, despite this setting is turned OFF (screenshot).To get around this, I have to press all 'shifted' keys (Shift+Ctrl+Option+Cmd) on both sides of the space bar to fix this.
Can this very annoying mouse arrow lock in be disabled by a user setting ?


2. When a UTM VM is open, the 'main' UTM screen is in a separate window which sometimes cannot be accessed because it is minimized. Clicking on the dock item of UTM shows 'Show all windows' but clicking of that says 'No available windows' which is definitely a bug, because there is an open window.

Why can the UTM main screen not (optionally) be shown as a tab in a VM window ? Or even all active VMs (if more than one) and the main screen in tabs, just like a web browser? That makes it a lot easier than cluttering with all that separate windows.

UPDATE: There is an option which shows UTM in the top menu bar on macOS which resolves issue 2 partially.
