Option to add additional disks not functioning properly

**Describe the issue**
On the release version stated within the configuration below, the menu to add additional drives under VM settings does not function when pressing the + indicator on the app.

Menu does display for a split second before going away every time you try, any subsequent attempts then does nothing.
If doing split screen of 2 UTM instances and you tap on the plus button for the Add Drives feature the dropdown menu does appear and function properly.

* UTM Version: 4.4.1
* OS Version: 14.4
* Device Model: iPad11, 6. J17aAP (iPad 8th Generation)
* Is it jailbroken (name jailbreak used)? Yes/Unc0ver/Fugu14
* How did you install UTM? Via Official Repo
