This is a follow-up to #5627, now spamming without the newline characters
Describe the issue
You can paste an unlimited amount of text (if it's all on one line) to the "Name" field in "Edit Selected VM"
(didn't test the other text fields in the UI)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open TextEdit, have 10,000 characters of text (all in one line): "123456789_123456789_123456789_..." etc. etc. etc.
2. Select and Copy the text
3. In UTM, pick a VM and "Edit Selected VM"
4. Information / Name -> Paste everything (on one line)
5. Save
What happens: Buggy error dialog and UI weirdness
Expected: truncate to maximum file name length allowed

**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.4.1 (89)
* macOS Version: 14.0 Beta (23A5337a)
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): M1
