[QEMU pull request] Add virtual battery, ac adapter, and lid button support

An in-development feature that works and allows the passthrough and spoofing of battery level, ac adapter, and a button that emulates the action of closing a laptop. A pull request to be merged when the feature is added would benefit many users that use UTM more than macOS itself. Apple has APIs on macOS and iOS to passthrough battery and ac adapter, but the ability to fake them should be added as well.
