Copy clipboard from Windows guest to host not working

**Describe the issue**
After a while it is not possible to share the Windows clipboard to the host. With 'after a while' I mean after an hour or more that the Windows session is running, right after startup it does work.
Within Windows, the clipboard does work as designed.

**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.2.5
* macOS Version: 13.3
* Mac Chip (Intel, M1, ...): Intel and M1
* Spice tools: 0.164.4 (installed)

Here an example of a log file of Windows 11 guest on macOS Intel 13.3, but a Windows 10 guest on the same Mac host has the same issue.
When I run either VM on an M1 Macbook (in emulated mode), the same issue occurs.
Furthermore, everything runs normally.
The Win11 VM is a new clean install of Win 11 Pro.
