[Feature Request] ability to specify a resolution and Aspect-Ratio

When in windows XP it's currently hard to use because of (possibly) co operation of spice controls and specifying a resolution would help make it so that it goes to the right resolution and not over the current one you specify or have.

**Locking Aspect-Ratio:**

By locking aspect ratio you can change you're device orientation and keep the aspect ratio so it doesn't break UI elements on anything that has a little graphics. Most programs don't support 9:16 but they support 16:9 or even 4:3.
