4.2.2 (78) ventura>ventura heavy flickering

**Describe the issue**
Graphics-rich app sometimes go into heavy flickering that sometimes resolves itself.
Sometimes ends with WindowServer crash and/or panic, then VM reboots and continues to work. Other VMs continue to run fine.

**Configuration**
* UTM Version: 4.2.2 (78)
* macOS Version: 13.2.1 (22D68)
* Mac Chip: M2
