cmd-shift-q goes to mac host, not linux guest, despite mouse captured

**Describe the issue**

I'm running Sway in Linux and when I press the usual keybind to close a window (mod+shift+q), this does not get passed to the VM. Instead I get the MacOS prompt "Are you sure you want to quit all applications and log out now?" This happens even though I captured the mouse to the window.
